YORK -- Authorities have issued arrest warrants for four Charlotte men in connection with an Oct. 8 robbery and killing at Fort Mill's Anyday Payday Loans.
Facing armed robbery charges are Jamar Lavert Belk, 19; Joshua Matthew Squires, 20; Darryl Agustus Manning, 23, and Robert Charles Shealey, 20, said Capt. Jerry Hoffman of York County Sheriff's Office. Joseph S.Fatigato, 47, of Pineville, N.C., was shot after one of three masked men took money from a cash drawer at Anyday Payday Loans on U.S. 21. Authorities found Fatigato lying on the floor.
He was taken to Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte, where he died.

"Murder charges are forthcoming," Hoffman said.
The group was arrested mid-afternoon Friday in Charlotte, he said. Belk, Squires and Shealey were arrested at Charlotte's Intown Suites, Hoffman said. Manning was taken into custody at Charlotte Mecklenburg Law Enforcement Center in uptown Charlotte, Hoffman said. "Warrants will be served upon their extradition to York County," Hoffman said. Surveillance video released earlier this month shows three masked men in dark clothes entered the business around 6:30 p.m. Oct. 8 "prepared to rob the store," police previously told The Herald.
One man clutched a white item that looked like a bag, the video shows. One of the men jumped the counter. A second man went behind the counter while the third man stayed out front, near a male customer. Police have not said where they believe the fourth man was during the robbery. The customer was told to turn and face the wall, and he complied. He was not hurt. The man stuffed an undisclosed amount of cash in a white bag, according to the police report and the video.
According to the police report, the customer told police that one of the men scuffled with Fatigato. During that scuffle, Fatigato was shot, the report notes. The group fled the business in a 2000 silver-colored Plymouth Voyager, police said. A patrol officer found the Voyager a short distance away on an entry road to Allied Waste, Hoffman previously said. The vehicle had been reported stolen in Charlotte. After the robbery, authorities worked with Charlotte officials to determine whether the Fort Mill gunmen committed other robberies in Charlotte, police said. Hoffman declined to say today if the weapon used in the shooting was recovered. The men remain in custody this morning in Charlotte.
